Therese Rowley, Ph.D. has a passion for supporting conscious leaders, investors and parents to operate in full power, high energy and clear focus so they can make meaningful investments as they engage in business and in life. She also has a passion for supporting high impact business decisions through intuitive intelligence.

 

Dr. Rowley is a dynamic speaker, author and strategic change consultant. In addition, she is a skilled intuitive, healer and innovative educator who accelerates client transformation. She receives intuitive information through which she can clear confusion, overwhelm, chaos, stuckness and indecision, so leaders can better serve their organization and constituents. ​

 

She founded The Conscious Business Network™ to explore the new capitalism and reach out to businesses and professionals committed to fostering integrity and transparency in the marketplace. The CBN engages thought leaders and conscious business colleagues in heartfelt dialogue to make meaning out of new models and emerging paradigms that contribute to a conscious global marketplace.

 

Dr. Rowley also addresses a number of family topics, such as multi-sensory children and the misdiagnosis of intuitively gifted children. She believes many of these children are our future leaders.

 

Having spent over 25 years facilitating large scale business transformation and conscious leadership in industries such as telecommunications, manufacturing, market research and financial services, Dr. Rowley understands the challenges of personal and organizational change. She sees intuitive intelligence as an essential literacy for 21st century leaders.

Dr. Rowley's new book Mapping a New Reality: Discovering Intuitive Intelligence and her two part video series on Intuition as an Intelligence offers a conceptual foundation and developmental opportunities for clients who want to accelerate access to their innate wisdom.

Therese has been adjunct faculty in the Masters Program in Organizational Development and Human Resources at the University of San Francisco and instructed on Leadership from the Inside Out at the University of Chicago Graham School and on Advanced Facilitation Skills at the LEAD Institute. She also taught Strategic Planning at Northwestern University School of Continuing Studies

Therese holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Transformation from Union Institute and University, an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Denver. She has also done extended study in somatic psychotherapy and over 50 different healing modalities.
